Wellness coach and Massage Therapist | NV # 5265

I offer supportive coaching in wellness care and lifestyle improvement. I work with people who want to improve their health naturally, and gently, for genuine healing. Using herbs, supplements, dietary changes, analyzing health habits and focusing on cues to create NEW and BETTER habits, and working through any applicable emotional psychic or spiritual wounds that may be blocking your progress. Boosting the immune system, detoxifying the body, reducing heavy metals & inflammatory processes and reducing pain naturally are a big part of wellness. and recovery for any illness. I will tailor your session to analyze from a variety of levels how you got where you are and map a way up to a new level of health from where you are now. Re -educated your energy flow; re-educate your lifestyle choices, and let your body remind your mind how healing really takes place.

I attended the Institute for Psycho-structural balancing in San Diego which is part of the body psychology program at The University for Humanistic Psychology in La Jolla California (Reichian emotional release work training) I also attended The Swedish Institute, in NYC a more medically focused massage training, as well as Chinese Medicine. I also have a BS in Holistic Psychology, with a minor in an RN program from P.A.C.E. university in Pleasantville New York, and two years in a Masters program in a Jungian/Trans-personal therapies, as part of my bachelors degree. I combine proprietary healing oils with, hot clay packs and; Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Shiatsu Massage and have worked at the top hotels in NYC, Hawaii and Boston, including several Four Seasons Hotels, several Marriott hotels and a private health club associated with the United Nations in NYC (Dag Hammarskjold Plaza Building) 32 years experience in health and wellness care. I privately studied in Boston with Wan Fei Shi, forward author of THE WEB THAT HAS NO WEAVER, a classic text book for traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine.
